Shipping

Every order is hand-packed at our facility and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your parcel ships.

Rates

• Complimentary standard U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat $6.95 standard rate.
• Expedited options will be calculated at checkout once online ordering opens; until then, ask us when placing your order by email or DM.

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty United States. International shipping is planned — join the newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
• If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to info@thesecretgardien.com within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost — no need to ship anything back.
• For hygiene reasons, opened bath, body and ingestible products can't be restocked. If a formula didn't work for you, write to us anyway — we'll find a resolution.

How to start a return

Email info@thesecretgardien.com with your order number and the word “Return” in the subject line. We'll reply with a prepaid label and instructions within two business days.

Privacy

Your information stays private.

• We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and answer your messages: name, email, shipping address and order history.
• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe with one click, and we delete your data on request.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor when online checkout opens; we never store card numbers ourselves.
