What kind of company is The Secret Gardien?+
A botanical wellness company. We formulate bath, body, skin, daily wellness and home products around what the plants in them actually do, and we manufacture them ourselves in small batches. Every label lists what is inside and what it is for.
How do I know what's actually in the jar?+
Transparency is a founding value. Every batch is third-party lab tested, every label lists what's inside, and the Certificate of Analysis is available on request — email us with your batch number and we'll send the report.
How is your pricing set?+
We formulate and manufacture in-house through our parent company, Moontide Inc. There is no contract manufacturer and no middleman between the batch and the box, so what you pay reflects the formula and the packaging rather than the chain of hands in between.
Are your products tested on animals?+
Never. Every collection is cruelty-free.
Who makes your products?+
We do. Every formula is developed and manufactured in small batches by our parent company, Moontide Inc., which has crafted more than one hundred botanical products since our founding in 2012.
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 2–3 business days, and U.S. shipping is complimentary over $75. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email info@thesecretgardien.com and we'll make it right.
Do you offer wholesale or private label?+
Both. Boutiques, spas and studios can stock our collections at keystone-friendly pricing, and through Moontide Inc. we develop complete product lines for other brands. Start on the Wholesale page.
Should I talk to a doctor first?+
If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, yes — consult your physician before adding any new wellness product to your routine, ours included. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
