How do I place an order? Browse any brand's shop pages and use the Order button on a product, which routes to our contact form with the item pre-filled — we'll follow up to confirm details and payment.
Can I change or cancel an order after I place it? Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually adjust or cancel an order before it ships. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
02Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? See our Shipping page for current processing and delivery windows.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, to select destinations — international orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country.
03Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details, including non-returnable items and how refunds are issued, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Are your products organic? Yes — Moontide Rituals products are made with 100% organic ingredients, poured, dipped, blended, and bottled in small batches.
Where can I find ingredient lists? Each product page lists its scent notes; full ingredient/INCI details are available on request at info@moontideinc.com.

How many incense sticks come in a pack? Each Moontide Rituals incense tube contains 25 hand-dipped sticks.
What forms does each scent come in? Most Rituals scents are available as incense, a ritual candle, wax melts, body oil, and room spray — see each scent's page under "Choose your form."
