This is step one. Tell us what you're dreaming up, where you're at in the process, and what the formula needs to do — and we'll take it from there. A Moontide rep will get back to you within 2–6 days with a quote.

Your formulation request.

A Moontide rep will get back to you within 2–6 days with a quote. If it's taking longer than 2–3 days, it's usually because we're researching in depth how we can assist you — or whether it's a viable project for us.

What happens next

1 · Intake & listen. We review your request and communicate with you until your vision is fully understood.
2 · Samples. We build variations of a base formula from your intake.
3 · Final testing. Shelf stability, moisture & mold, and whatever else the ingredients call for.
4 · Produce. You get the formula — or we hand it to Moontide Manufacturing.

About pricing

Pricing depends on what the formula is for, where you're at in the process, whether it's something we already white label or private label or a fully new development, and how cost-intensive it is. The testing phase is included in the cost of formulation.
