Processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect from checkout to delivery.

01Overview
This page explains how Moontide Inc. ships orders across our brands — Moontide Molecules, Moontide Rituals, The Secret Gardien, and Art For The World. Wholesale and custom-manufacturing orders ship under separate terms agreed with your account manager.
02Processing Time
Every item is made, poured, or blended in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before they ship; made-to-order or personalized pieces may take longer, which we'll note on the product page when it applies.
03Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic shipping is charged by package weight: $6 for orders up to 3 lbs, $10 for orders over 3 and up to 5 lbs, and a $15 flat rate for orders over 5 lbs. Your rate is shown before you complete your order. Expedited options and international rates, where available, are quoted at checkout.
04Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–8 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
05International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times vary by destination.
06Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you don't receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
07Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions can delay delivery beyond the estimates above. We'll do our best to flag known delays, but can't guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier's hands.
08Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we can't issue refunds for orders undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
09Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how damaged, defective, or missing items are handled.
